Delete Your Account
Follow the simple instructions below to permanently delete your ByteQR / AJ Infosoft account and all associated personal and business data.
Permanent & Irreversible Action
Deleting your account will permanently wipe your profile, business information, NFC card configurations, dynamic QR codes, campaign logs, and analytics. This action cannot be reversed.
How to Delete Your Account
Complete the deletion directly from your mobile device

Open the App
Launch the ByteQR or AJ Infosoft application on your mobile device and log in to your account.

Go to Profile or Open Drawer
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation, or tap the side navigation Drawer menu (☰) located in the upper-left corner of the home screen.

Tap Delete Account
Scroll down to the bottom of the navigation drawer / profile screen and tap the red Delete button located beside Sign Out.

Confirm Account Deletion
When prompted, confirm your deletion request. Your session will immediately terminate, and your account and all associated records will be permanently removed.
What Data Will Be Deleted
In compliance with Google Play Store policies and privacy standards, here is what is permanently removed:
Profile & Contact Cards
User credentials, contact info, bio, and NFC hardware linkages.
Dynamic QR Codes
All active QR code URLs, custom landing pages, and scan analytics.
WhatsApp Panel Data
Message dispatches, broadcast lists, and API connections.
Post Maker Studio
Saved promotional graphics, custom banners, and business flyers.
Feedback & Reviews
Collected customer review logs and feedback submissions.
Auth & Push Tokens
Authentication credentials, session cookies, and mobile notification IDs.
